Started with one mower and a pickup
Fernwood started in 2012 with one mower, a borrowed trailer and a handful of lawns in South Salem. The work was simple: show up on the same day every week, do it properly, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.
Customers started asking for more — a new bed here, a patio there, a lawn that needed starting over. Today we're a crew of twelve doing design, installs and year-round care across the mid-Willamette Valley, and most of our work still comes from neighbours of people we already look after.
We stay small on purpose. You get the same crew leads every visit, a written quote before any work starts, and a phone that gets answered.
